One of the weddings this summer was of an architect friend of mine, M. She wanted to do a DIY wedding with a lot of industrial elements. She had a vision and several of us helped carry it out with her. The Backdrop The Detail We used purple carnations, baby’s breaths and a few eucalyptus branches along with some other greens. We used wreath metal rings that you can find at the Dollar Tree. We separated each wreath wire and got 4 circles out of each one! #frugal Then used floral wire to wrap the greens and flowers around the rings. A Tropical Brunch

So naturally, I have two weddings to attend. This also means I am going to be hosting a party or two and helping with the planning. Which are some of the things I love doing! Here is the setup for the first one I did just this past weekend. I had a brunch at around 11 a.m. with a tropical theme.
