Hello all, I hope your March was spectacular, mine sure was! As you probably know I was off exploring and visiting family in Pakistan. It was a wonderful trip but now I am back and ready to go back to our regularly scheduled program. 😉 I know that it probably would have made sense to come back and post about Pakistan; however, I am in the middle of organizing all the photos so you will have to wait a little while longer. I made these truffles for the tea party I did a few weeks ago. They are super easy and only require a few ingredients Ingredients -Brownie Fudge Mix (it’s important they are FUDGE brownies) -2 cups Chocolate Chips -1 cup White Chocolate Chips (optional) Instructions 1. Bake brownies according to the instructions on the box. 2. After they are cool, take a fork and crumble them. 3. At this point you will be able to pick a tablespoon worth and roll it into balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. (Make as many as you can. Mine yielded about 18) 4. Freeze them for an hour, until firm. 5. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler and dip the brownie balls into it. Use a spoon to make sure it’s fully covered. I am so excited to share today’s post! I’ve been wanting to do a tea party for ages and I finally got a chance to do it a week ago. The weather was great, the sun came out and I felt like I could conquer the world! Does anyone else feel like that when the weather is good? I guess you can say I did the tea party to celebrate the sun! haha (Warning: there will be a lot of exclamation points in this post!!) For it, I made a banner, a few finger foods, set up a table, bought some flowers and put it all together. Flowers literally make everything better in my opinion!
