It has been a while since I posted a recipe so I think it was about time! This is literally the easiest and delicious side to any meal! Also, with football season back in full swing, this would be a great game day recipe to make along with some of my nachos! Ingredients: -1 Italian loaf -2 packages of mozzarella cheese slices -3-4 green onions, roughly chopped -1 stick butter at room temperature -2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped -1/2 tsp oregano -1/4 tsp thyme Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Finely chop garlic and mix it together with butter, oregano and thyme. Roughly chop green onions and set aside. 3. Cut the bread in strips, being careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Rotate the bread, and cut in strips in the opposite direction. 4. Clicking on them will not cost you anything.* The last place on our historic architecture tour in Lahore was Wazir Khan Mosque We almost didn’t go here due to lack of time but I’m so glad we did because I absolutely loved it! I think it’s underrated, unfortunately. Badshahi Mosque is usually the more talked about mosque but I think this one deserves just as much praise. Wazir Khan Mosque was commissioned during the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan and is considered one of the most ornate decorated Mughal-era mosque. The exterior of the mosque is embelished in Persian “kashi-kali” tile work and the interior is decorated with Mughal and punjabi style frescoes.
